Face a new challenge… take on our Alternative Triathlon and raise money to help save lives!

Whether you are a season triathlete, a total novice or simply want to test your fitness in a fun environment this is the event for you.

Cornwall Air Ambulance are holding their very first Swim-SUP-Run – Alternative Triathlon on Sunday 23 rd April 2023 and we welcome your entry.

On the day you will be swimming 750m before taking on a Paddleboard of 1.5k and finishing with a 5K run. You can choose to do this as an Individual or join up with friends, family, and colleagues to complete it as a team of 3.

As part of your taking part we ask every entrant to do what they can to raise funds on behalf of the trust and along with your race registration you will receive a goody bag with merchandise to remember the day, a finishing medal, and above all great memories.

Friends and family are welcome to come along and support and cheer you on so go on, challenge yourself and know that every penny you make will go towards helping people in their hour of need.
