Red Sky Foundation is saving lives and sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone.  Currently only 1 in 10 people survive an out of hospital cardiac arrest, but you can change that by running for #TEAMREDSKY. 

You can choose to raise money by running in Sunderland City Council's BIG 3K Run.  Or take on Sunderland Run's flat 10K or choose to take on the epic Half-Marathon.  There is something for everyone.

Come and join in one of the north's largest running events that races through the city and along the sea front, with two of Sunderland's famous bridges providing a stunning backdrop to all races. No matter if you’re a first-timer or an experienced runner, the course and atmosphere are conducive to fast times as well as a lot of fun. See you on the start line!
