In 2022 St David's Hospice provided over 100,000 hours of care to our patients. To reflect this, we're challenging you this September to 10,000 steps a day for 30 days.

If 10,000 steps a day seems too much for you, we'd still love for you take part and just lower the target to suit you.

Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a medal, certificate and those who raise over £100 will be entered into a prize draw!

Os yw 10,000 o gamau'r dydd yn teimlo’n ormod i chi, byddem yn dal i fod wrth ein bodd ichi gymryd rhan a dim ond ichi ostwng y nod fel sy’n addas i chi.
