Heart and Sole Events and Red Sky Foundation have joined forces to bring you Run Your Hearts Out — a charity running day where your miles make a real difference to the lives of babies, children, and adults living with heart conditions across the North East.

Event Details

• Registration opens at 9am
• Race Time: 10:00am
• Location: Newcastle Racecourse, High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 5HP
• Minimum age - 13 years (anyone under 18 may run on their own but must be accompanied by an adult at the event)

Why It Matters

Every penny raised goes directly to the Red Sky Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping and supporting babies, children, and adults who are born with or who may develop heart conditions in County Durham and the North East. Your steps could help save lives, so let's make them count.
