Run Frimley 2022

This year Run Frimley will be back to its usual time of year, Sunday 1st May.

Run Frimley is more than just a road race, it’s our biggest annual fundraising event to raise vital funds for your local NHS hospital and the Dementia Appeal.

New for 2022

We are so pleased to say that we have been given permission to use the Cadet Training Centre next to Frimley Park Hospital as our venue for Run Frimley. Set in stunning grounds not usually accessible to the general public, Run Frimley will start and set off with a stunning back drop of the training centre set in this hidden gem of Frimley.

This change of the venue means we can also introduce a more dynamic event village that will contain stands for food and refreshments, local community businesses and children’s activities. There will be engagement activities with the soldiers on site and a post-race massage area managed by our own fantastic NHS physiotherapy team.

Entry Options

The event is comprised of a 10k or the new to 2022, 5k Road Race, and a Fun Run. The day will start with the fun run at 09:30 followed by the 5k and 10k at 10:30, so you can do both if you are really keen and want to run with all your family together in the fun run!

Entry for the 5k or 10k is £20.00 and £10.00 for the Fun Run.

Remember though, you can secure a free entry charity place just by pledging to raise £50.00 prior to the event and get a free running top of your choice.
