Choose your team and walk and/or run the distance of your choice throughout the month, raising awareness of mental health in rural areas, hopefully helping your team to win and raising funds to support people in rural areas. The event costs £20 to take part in - with all funds raised being split between our eight charities.

The 2022 teams are:

  • Team England – captained by Rich Heady
  • Team Ireland – captained by Pete Hynes
  • Team New Zealand – captained by Sam Owen
  • Team Scotland – captained by Sheena Horner
  • Team Wales – captained by Emma Picton Jones

On registration please select which team you would like to be part of. Once you have registered you will be sent an email with links to the private Strava groups for the teams, so you can join them.
