I have secured a ballot place and do not need a charity entry in order to participate in this event.
I would like to participate in the 2025 Royal Parks Half Marathon for NHS Charities Together and pledge to fundraise for NHS Charities Together.
I understand that the deadline for sending in any funds raised is 4 weeks after the event.

I am 18 years of age or will be on race day.
I confirm that I am healthy and fit to take part in the Event, understand and have considered and evaluated the nature, scope and extent of the risks involved.
I acknowledge that participation in the Event involves physical activities and inherent risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury (including death) and property loss or damage. I understand that if I have any medical conditions that could be adversely affected by exercise, particularly a heart condition, or if I am in any doubt about my health, NHS Charities Together recommends that I get clearance from my doctor before participating.
I will take responsibility to declare any serious medical conditions to the Event Organisers and to record medical details and emergency contact details on the reverse of the race number and bring any necessary treatment with me on the day.
I declare that I will not compete in this race unless I am in good health on the day of the race.
If for any reason, I withdraw from the event, all sponsorship forms and monies collected should be forwarded to NHS Charities Together or returned to my sponsors 
I agree that NHS Charities Together may use any images taken on the day in promotional materials including, but not limited to marketing material, television broadcasts, social media, advertising, publications, and other documents or mediums that may be made available to the public. Photographs of children will not be used in this manner without express written consent; unless the images are incidental, for example, children’s images at the starting line. 
I understand that the personal data provided I have provided in registering for the Event will be used to process registration and to provide you with additional information about the Event. I understand that it will be necessary for NHS Charities Together to share the data with the race organisers in order to participate in this event. 
After the Event, NHS Charities Together will continue to keep in touch about our work and the different ways you can support us, including volunteering, working with our local groups or through financial support only if you have agreed for us to do so on your registration form.
