The beautiful Surrey town of Walton-on-Thames beckons runners on 27th October for a flat, fast, scenic and largely traffic free race – ideal for those looking for a PB or completing their first half marathon.

As well as the lovely course, runners like the enthusiastic and friendly marshals, the efficient organisation and the bespoke medal and well stocked goody bag. After the race, you will be able to download a free race certificate with your personalised finish time on it.

Now in its sixth year, the start and finish are at spectacular Walton Bridge, Surrey and there is ample parking close by. The route follows the River Thames towpath and roads to the south west of London. It is a perfect preparation event if you are running a late autumn marathon or you just want the challenge of completing a half marathon.

Some reviews from previous races: "We came all the way from Swansea - we loved it !! Great run !! We will be back.""Excellent race as ever (my 4th) - and much preferred the new route" "Many thanks for a wonderful race - really well organised and a fab route."

Prizes will be awarded to the first three men and women; first W35, M40, W45, M50. There are also spot prizes courtesy of Bodymechanics Physiotherapy.

NO ENTRIES ON RACE DAY. NB Like most races, we do not give refunds or offer deferrals under any circumstances. For safety reasons we have a cut off of 2 hours and 45 minutes.
