Minimum Sponsorship Agreement
1.	I understand that by signing up to this event I agree to raise at least the minimum sponsorship target of �250. However, I understand that the object is to raise as much sponsorship as possible.
2.	I understand, that should I cancel my Race Entry with less than 14 days remaining before the date of the event, I will be liable to pay for the Entry Fee associated with the event Race I have applied for when completing this registration form, you will not be held responsible for the entire total associated with the minimum sponsorship agreement.
3.	By agreeing to this Minimum Sponsorship Agreement, I agree to actively fundraise in support of Charlie House, in return for a charity place in the race I have applied for when completing this registration form. 
4.	I understand, that in circumstances where we (Charlie House) deem that I have not actively attempted to raise the minimum sponsorship target associated with the event entered (in our reasonable opinion), I will be liable to pay the Entry Fee associated with the Race I have applied for when completing this registration form.

Introduction
What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you in relation to the arranging and delivery of activities and events associated with Ride the North.
Bookings and Cancellations
1.	I understand that Ride the North is a third-party event, and Charlie House take no responsibility for the cancellation or postponement of a race for any reason outside our control. In such circumstances, you will be entitled to either: (i) cancel your place; or (ii) participate in an alternative comparable race (available options will be offered to you by a relevant member of Charlie House staff). We will not be obliged to compensate you for any other expenses that you may have occurred in connection with the cancelled/postponed event.
Your rights to cancel or reschedule your booking
2.	In circumstances where we deem a change to be significant (in our reasonable opinion), we may give you the option to either: (i) cancel your charity race entry place; or (ii) attend an alternative comparable race (available options will be offered to you by a relevant member of Charlie House staff). We will not be obliged to compensate you for any other expenses that you may have occurred in connection with the workshop.
3.	In addition to your right to cancel your booking in the circumstances described in clause 2. above, if you are a consumer and you have changed your mind about your race entry or sustained an injury, you may cancel your race entry up to 14 days before the date of the event you have entered. You will not be held responsible for the Minimum Sponsorship Agreement if you cancel your entry before this 14-day period. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not cancel your booking under this clause 3. Less than 14 days before the date of the event you have entered.
4.	Should you cancel your Race Entry with less than 14 days remaining before the date of the event you have entered, you will be liable to pay for the Entry Fee associated with the event you have entered; you will not be held responsible for the entire total associated with the minimum sponsorship agreement. 

Health and Safety
5.	Safety and Participation. You acknowledge that the chosen race entered may be hazardous with a danger of personal injury. Whilst Charlie House will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the safety of attendees at races, you accept that you will be responsible for your own actions and those of your group while attending Ride the North.
6.	Age Restrictions. Certain races entered are subject to age restrictions; please see the booking platform for each race further details. Any attendee under 18 years of age must have the explicit permission of his/her parent or guardian before attending Ride the North.
Security
7.	Charlie House accepts no responsibility for the property of persons attending an event. Vehicles and their contents are parked in car parks at their owners; risk. Charlie House accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred thereto. Any property brought on to the race premises or left in the car parks when attending Ride the NOrth, is done so entirely at the owners risk.

8.	Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information provided. Charlie House does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to amend any information at any time.
9. Occasionally, we may take photographs and or video of our fundraisers whilst supporting us at any activities or events. We may use these images for our social media platforms, website, publicity purposes and information displays to promote the work of the charity and encourage donations, volunteers and supporters to engage with our cause. By accepting these terms you are accepting that Charlie House may use photos including you in the above circumstances. You still have the right to request we do not use specific photos, or if you would prefer us not to take photos including you.
