1. A non-refundable registration fee of �45 is required to take part in Women V Cancer Ride the Night London 2025. In addition, you will need to raise a minimum of �199 in sponsorship money and donations for the charities by 28th March 2025.

2. If you do not take up your place for any reason, you must inform Dream Challenges immediately. You must contact all of your sponsors to ask if they wish to make a donation or have their sponsorship money returned.

3. The good reputation of the charities is paramount. You must agree to act lawfully and follow the fundraising guidelines laid out by the organisers of the event.

4. Funds raised on Women V Cancer Ride the Night London 2025 cannot be transferred to or from other Women V Cancer challenges unless agreed with the organisers.

5. You must wear a cycling helmet and have working bicycle lights for the duration of the challenge.

6. You must adhere to the Highway Code at all times.

7. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your personal safety at all times. Dream Challenges and the charities cannot be responsible for any loss or damage, however arising, theft of your bicycle, or for any injuries or illness that occur as a result of this event.

8. If you decide to pull out of the event at any stage during the ride, you will contact event control immediately.

9. You must be at least 18 years old before Saturday 10th May 2025 to take part in Women V Cancer Ride the Night London 2025, unless given permission by Dream Challenges.

10. Dream Challenges may, at their sole discretion, withdraw places on the event or stop individuals cycling on the night of the challenge if they believe it is in the best interest of the charities or the individual to do so.

11. If the event is not able to go ahead for any reason outside of Dream Challenges' control, the event will be postponed to a later date. In this instance, the non-refundable deposit will be transferred to the new event date.

12. Dream Challenges reserves the right to use any photographs and images taken on the event by its employees or forwarded by any person on or connected to the event for Legitimate Interest to promote future challenges, on its website, in its social network marketing activities or for use in any other relevant promotional material. Should you wish not to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform a member of staff prior to the event date.

13. The protection of your personal data is extremely important to Dream Challenges and the Charities. Dream Challenges will only process your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
