FAQ

Q - Is there parking? 

A -  There is no parking at the venue however there is limited street parking. We recommend that you orgainise to be dropped off at the venue. 

Q - Is there wheelchair access to the building and to the event?

A - Yes, there is a ramp on the left handside of the building 

Q - Can kids purchase a ticket for the charity night? 

A - Yes kids can purchase a ticket but they must stay in the function room at all times. Kids must also be accompanied by at least 1 adult

Q - Can dogs or other animals attend the event? 

A - No dogs or other animals are allowed to attend the event apart from service animals

Q - Can my ticket be refunded? 

A - Ticket refunds will be reviewed on an individual basis

Q -  I have not yet recieved my email conformation, what should I do? 

A - Please allow up to 24 hours aftering purchasing your ticket(s) for your conformation email. If you have still not recieved your conformation email after 24 hours please email - [email protected]
