Take part in the Remembrance 11K to commemorate those who gave their life in service of their country.

November is when we come together to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as those who were left behind. It is also a time to reflect on the last 92 years of Blesma and the thousands of injured veterans we have supported every year since 1932.

This November you can commemorate Remembrance Day by taking part in our Remembrance 11k by setting your own route and running or walking to raise funds for our Injured Veterans.

How can you get involved?

1- Sign-up by clicking on the "Register" button.

2- Decide your route

3 - Set up your fundraising page and tell everyone how you are raising money for Injured Veterans.

4 - Run or walk 11K on 9th November in your local area.

If you cannot do your run on 9th November, you can complete your run any time in November.

Registration and Fundraising

Registration is £10 and you will receive a special fundraising pack, which includes:

    • Race Number
    • Exclusive Blesma Laces
    • Fundraising support

There is no minimum fundraising requirement, but we suggest £50 would be a good target to aim for.

If you raise £100, we will send you one of our Blesma t-shirts.

When you complete your 11k, we will send you one of our Remembrance 11k medals and certificate.

Tracking your distance

There are a couple of ways you can track your distance whilst you complete your 11k;

1 - Track on Strava - when you register you will be prompted to set up a fundraising page. As part of this you can create or connect your Strava account. This means your distance will automatically be uploaded onto your fundraising page when you complete your 11k.

2 - Track on your fitness watch/app - If you use a fitness watch or another tracking app, you can screenshot or take a photo of your distance and upload it onto your fundraising page or post about your achievement on our Remembrance 11k Facebook Group.
