This year marks 200 years of the birth of the modern railway. To coincide with ‘Inspiration’ - the Railway 200 exhibition train – visiting Llandudno and the current R200 exhibition on display, a talk will be held at Llandudno Museum with Transport for Wales (TfW) on 18th November at 11:00.
Dr Louise Moon, Technical Lead – Heritage, Legacy and Sustainable Impact at TfW will present a talk on Railway 200 in Wales, the work TfW is doing to protect, conserve and promote heritage, and what this means for future generations, and how people can get involved in sharing their own railway heritage stories past and present.
