Join the Thrill of Race from the Base: Ultra-Cycling Challenge!

Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping adventure with Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance's ultra-cycling challenge! Race from the Base is not just a cycling event - it's a life-saving mission. Every pedal stroke you take will help to raise awareness and funds for your local air ambulance service, supporting critically ill or injured patients.

  • 30km (The Circuit): Perfect for beginners or a quick ride
  • 60km (The Cruise): A balanced challenge for intermediate cyclists
  • 100km (The Climb): For experienced cyclists an ultimate test of endurance and stamina

There are currently no entry options available for this event.

 

This event has a maximum participation of 500 cyclists over three different distances.

There is one pit stop along the 30km and 60km routes for cyclists to grab refreshments. The 100km route has three pit stops and is not suitable for those under 16. The pit stops are also safe areas for friends and family members to show their support.

The event is registered and insured with British Cycling.
