confirmation if your application has been successful.

3. By accepting these terms and securing your place by payment of the Registration Fee, you pledge to raise a minimum of £250.00 (in addition to the Registration Fee) and understand that it is the aim of this event to raise as much above this amount as possible for Red Sky  Foundation.

4. Monies claimed from HMRC under the Gift Aid scheme do not count towards your fundraising total.

5. If at any point you feel that you are unable to raise the pledged amount you should inform the challenge team at Red Sky Foundation immediately so that we can offer assistance with your

9. For the charity places, a token will be issued to you from Red Sky Foundation by email and it is your responsibility to redeem this via the GNR event entry system called "Let's Do This" therefore only this action will fully secure your place. Although the GNR has a deadline date in July 2026 we ask that you complete this registration at your earliest opportunity and within 4 weeks of issue to avoid your place being re-allocated to someone on our waiting

Tokens will then be distributed later the following year. Deferred places are those who are unable to partake in the Great North Run that year for whatever reason and choose to partake the following year, following the official deferral process direct with the event organisers

13. All deferred places remain the property of Red Sky Foundation and you will be required to raise the minimum sponsorship of £250 the following year.

14. Red Sky Foundation will not be liable for the safety and wellbeing of any participant and should you choose to participate in the Event you do so at your own risk. By accepting these terms you accept full and complete responsibility and liability for your own health and accept that it is your responsibility to achieve the standard of physical fitness reasonably required in order to cover the distance required by the Event.
