Launching our brand new fundraising challenge Pledge Together!

Challenge yourself and raise money for the Together Trust by either giving something up or picking up a new challenge or hobby. 

Whether you want to give up alcohol or smoking, or you want to challenge yourself to running a certain distance or going to the gym a certain amount of times in the month; you can do so and raise money for those in need.

Some ideas of challenges you could take on are:

  • Give up a food (crisps, sweets, chocolate, meat, soda, dairy, deep fried food).
  • Give up Alcohol.
  • Take a picture a day.
  • Money challenge (save £1 a day, £100 a month etc).
  • Quit smoking/vaping.
  • Writing challenge (10 minutes a day, 3 pages a day, journaling etc).
  • Social Media Detox
  • No fast food/takeway/eating out.
  • Random acts of kindness.
  • Reading challenge (30 minutes a day, a book a week etc). 
  • Gratitude (write 3 things you are grateful for every day).
  • Meditation.
  • Waste detox 
  • Fitness challenges:
    • 30/60 exercise minutes per day.
    • Squats per day or month.
    • Steps per day or month.
    • Climbing, yoga, Pilates, swimming, boxing, cycling.
