We don’t want to wish Christmas away. But it’s nearly time to book to have your tree whisked away!
The Weston Rotary will be running a Christmas tree collection service on the 9 January, with the help of the Young Farmers, to raise money for your hospice.
Supporters of the ‘Pines for Pounds’ collection can book one of 300 collection slots for their Christmas tree to be removed.
The collection will cover Weston-super-Mare, Yatton and Congresbury including the following postcodes BS49, BS24, BS23 and BS22 for the inaugural year. The trees will be taken and turned into eco-friendly mulch.
All we need you to do is leave your Christmas tree outside in the entrance to your property by 8am on Saturday 9 January to guarantee your collection.
