Cancellation and Refund Policy: We appreciate that entries may have valid reasons to request a refund for an entry fee paid for an event and will always endeavor to find an amicable solution for all parties concerned. If you cancel after February 1st you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel after April 1st you will receive a 30% refund. If you cancel after May 1st you will receive a 0% refund.
