Dear PACT family
 
You are invited to attend this year's PACT Family Fun Day! Our fun days are a free day for PACT adopters and children to enjoy activities, share experiences, catch up with friends and meet other families.  PACT staff will also be there to join in the fun! 

The Thames Valley based event will be held on Saturday 13th July, 12.00pm-2.30pm and will be held in the Sprouts Play Barn at Millets Farm Centre, Kingston Road, Frilford, Oxfordshire, OX13 5HB. There is lots of free parking at Millets Farm Centre. You will be very welcome to enjoy Millets Farm Centre before our event starts and after it closes at 3pm.   

We will have exclusive use of the Sprouts Play Barn from 12.30pm to 3pm. Sprouts Play Barn is soft play on another level! It’s a great space to play and is suitable for all ages with a specially designed area for the under 5’s.  It also boasts a brand-new outdoor play area. 

Please note that lunch will be not provided and only food purchased on site is allowed in the play barn.  Mr & Mrs Sprout’s Cottage Kitchen offers a selection of tasty food that’s freshly made on site. You can choose from a wide variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, light bites and indulgent treats – great for grownups and little sprouts alike! You can view the menu here. 

Millets Farm is a nut free site; however, they cannot guarantee no traces due to shared production areas. Please contact Millets in advance to discuss severe medical allergies (not intolerances) as they do allow for some food items to be brought in to Sprouts for these individuals in particular circumstances. 

Capacity is limited so we can only offer families space at one event.  Places are offered on a first come first served basis. Please RSVP by Friday 5th July, at the latest, to secure your place. 

Although this event is free for PACT families, please be aware that if you no longer require any, or all, of your tickets, it is important that you cancel them at your earliest convenience.
