- This is not a public event and only open to families who receive support from EACH.
- By taking part in this event I do so at my own risk. In no event shall East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), the suppliers and/or the venue be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
- We may take photographs and video footage at this event. If you are happy for this to happen and for the media to be used to promote EACH and our services, please complete our family media permissions form which can be found at https://www.each.org.uk/mediapermission

COVID
- COVID restrictions may be in place and these will be confirmed nearer to the event date.

Safety 
- EACH reserves the right to update its terms and conditions in relation to this event at any time prior to the event. All participants will be provided with any updated terms and conditions in advance of the event.

- EACH reserves the right to cancel this event at any time.
