Only The Brave, EAAA's 3, 6 and 10 mile muddy obstacle run.

We're so pleased to be bringing Only The Brave back in 2025.

Take on our 3, 6, or 10 mile route and tackle up to 35 obstacles!

The minimum age to take part in the route is 5 years old on event day (Sunday 21st September 2025).

3 mile - Children aged 5 to 11: Must be accompanied by 1 responsible adult for every 2 children. Children aged 12 -16: Must be accompanied by 1 responsible adult for every 6 children. The responsible adult(s) accompanying any children must be aged 18 or over and have the consent of the child's parent or legal guardian.

6 mile - Children ages 15 to 16 must be accompanied by 1 responsible adult for everything 3 children. The responsible adult(s) accompanying any children must be aged 18 or over and have the consent of the child's parent or legal guardian.

10 mile - Participants must be 17 or over on the day of the event.
