Key info:
⭐ Minimum age: 14+ (Under 18s must be accompanied by an 18+ spectator)
⭐ Harness sizing:  There is no weight limit however the harness must fit correctly. The maximum harness sizes are 60” for the waist and 34” for the leg.

By taking part, you’ll be helping to make a powerful difference to the children and young people supported by EACH. Your registration fee helps make Norwich Abseil possible, but it’s your fundraising that ensures the vital care local families rely on can be delivered.

We ask each participant to aim to raise £150 — a target that can have a life-changing impact for a family in East Anglia.
