The Norwich Abseil is back! Challenge yourself and abseil 45 feet down one of Norwich's most iconic buildings - The Forum.

Minimum age 14+ (Any under 18 must be accompanied by an over 18 spectator).

Please note there is no weight limit however the harness must fit correctly. The maximum harness sizes are 60” for the waist and 38” for the leg.
