We’re looking for fundraisers with a passion or nature to take part in this spectacular run in the beautiful New forest.  

These spaces are limited, apply now to secure your space and raise funds for our work supporting seafarers around the world. Run in a team or by yourself. What we ask from each individual: 

• A registration fee of £30 

• A minimum fundraising donation of £200

We rely on seafarers, the key workers of the sea, to keep our cupboards stocked and world trade turning.

Seafarers face extreme weather, the threat of piracy and intense loneliness every day of their nine-12 month contracts. The pandemic and global lockdowns have added to these stresses, with crews around the world stuck at sea, some for up to 17 months, unsure of when or how they will get home, while hundreds of thousands of others have been left unable to work.

This is putting intolerable strain on seafarers’ mental health and finances, and we’ve seen an increase in calls for help.

How you'll be helping

Your funds will help us continue our vital work, such as:

• dedicated 24-7 helplines for seafarers and their families
• face-to-face and virtual chaplaincy and welfare support
• training and support to help seafarers manage their mental health and wellbeing
