The 2019 Northern Ireland and Ulster Road Relay Championships in association with McFarland Consulting and O'Reilly Stewart Solicitors, incorporating the NI Masters Athletics Association Relay Championships, hosted by Orangegrove AC.

Reminder

• Male teams must register FOUR runners and may register FOUR reserve runners.
• Female teams must register THREE runners and may register THREE reserve runners.
• Substitutions are not allowed. Only runners that are named at time of registration may run for that team.
• Runners may only run in one leg per race. If a team includes a runner who has already run a leg of the race, that team will be disqualified.
• Only registered clubs with ANI, UKA or Athletics Ireland can enter.
• All runners on a team must be registered with the same club and registered with the equivalent athletics association.
• Runners aged 16 and over can participate in Senior races but only if they have been registered as Seniors and paid the appropriate Senior registration fee.
• Runners aged 35 and over can participate in Masters races.
• Runners aged 35 and over may run in the Senior and Masters race on the same day.
