Mumbles 2 Mules Charity Walk 2026

Walk the coast, take in the spectacular scenery with your friends and family whilst raising money to support people who have life limiting and life changing conditions.

This year’s theme: Funky Sunglasses — bring your boldest shades!

We’ve got three route options to suit everyone:

Short Route (15 miles)
Verdi’s Cafe, Mumbles → Remo’s Cafe
Start Time: 8:30am

Long Route (25 miles)
Verdi’s Cafe, Mumbles → Kenfig Hill Rugby Club
Start Time: 8:30am

New Additional Route (10 miles)
Starting from Remo’s Cafe
Start Time: 1:00pm

Start at Remo's Cafe, Aberavon, departing 1pm, opened by surprise celebrity guests, join walkers on route for approximately 10 miles, no transport to start provided.

Sandville Self Help Foundation provides physical, social, emotional and psychological support to people living with life limiting and life changing conditions including Motor Neurone Disease, Cancers, Parkinson’s, Muscular Dystrophy, Brain Injuries, Stroke, Dementia, Huntington’s Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis. The centre offers a wide range of support services including a hydrotherapy pool, gym and mobility suite, wellbeing studio, complimentary therapies, support groups and a log cabin for respite. 

Sandville Self Help Foundation receives no government funding. Every service offered depends entirely on the generosity of individuals, families, businesses, and the community.
