Back by popular demand, the Mountain Bike Challenge is returning for 2026! After last year’s incredible turnout, we’re ready to take it up a gear for the third year!

Join us for an unforgettable ride through the stunning bridleways of Pendle, soaking up breathtaking views and passing through historic villages, on Sunday 31st May 2026. 

All riders will recieve a Mountain Bike Challenge t-shirt, a digital map and refreshments will be provided on the day, along each route. Routes are fully marshalled, including aid stations and first aid support.

All riders must wear a helmet and stick to the official routes. Participants aged 15 years or younger, on the day of the event, must be accompanied by an adult, who is also registered and taking part. 

The event is organised by Pendle Panthers, Cycle Sport Pendle and Pendleside Hospice.
