- Once accepted, your place cannot be transferred to any other person. If you cannot attend the walk, you must inform St David's Hospice as soon as possible; you cannot give your place to any other person. 

- A registration fee must be paid for all participants in the walk and this is non refundable in all cases.

- St David's Hospice takes the protection of your information seriously. We only obtain personal information with your consent and will only use in a fair and lawful way to further the objects of the Charity. We will always store your personal details securely. We'll use them to provide you with the service that you have requested and communicate with you in the way(s) that you have agreed to. Your data may also be used for analysis purposes, to help us to provide the best service possible. We will only allow your information to be used by suppliers working on our behalf and we'll only share it if required to do so by law.

- You must write the name and number of an emergency contact on the back of your  walker number. This must not be someone participating in the walk. If you have a medical condition that we need to be aware of, this must also be written on the back 
of your walker number. 

- All walkers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the night, who also needs to be registered. 

- Please contact us on 01492 879058 or rhian.jacobs@stdavidshospice.org.uk if you 
would like to speak to us regarding a disability which may impact on your ability to complete the course. As an inclusive organisation, we welcome all to our events however due to the nature of the Moonlight Walk, the route may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility. We will do all we can to make the event as accessible as possible. 

- The Moonlight Walk is not a race. No walkers are allowed to run or jog and no walker must pass the nominated walk leaders. Please ensure that you stay safe at all times whilst participating in this event. 

- All participants walk at their own risk. In no event shall St David's Hospice be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever including indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this walk. 

- You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money that you raise in relation to the Moonlight Walk to pay for your expenses. If you do not pass all the money that you raise to St David's Hospice, you may be committing a criminal offence.

- Please ensure that your sponsorship is with St David's Hospice before Monday 4th November. 

- By signing the entry form you agree to follow the reasonable directions of St David's 
Hospice and abide by the rules and conditions of entry for the Moonlight  Walk including not to consume alcohol or stop at various pubs on the route of the walk. 

- There will be professional photographers at this event. Members of the media may also be in attendance. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken or be seen  on film, you must identify yourself to the photographer/film team. The film and photographs of the event may be used in future St David's Hospice publications, online, in the media and to help publicise future Moonlight Walks. 

- St David's Hospice reserves the right to cancel this event at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. 

- If when registering for this event you request no future communications, please allow 28 days for your consent details to be updated on our systems
