Whilst every precaution has been taken, DKMS and Claire Morgan-Hughes cannot be held responsible for any injury or illness that may occur as a result of your participation in this event.
Every 20 minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with blood cancer. Often their only hope of survival is a stem cell transplant from a stranger and DKMS works hard to add as many potential lifesavers to the blood stem cell registry as possible. Adding each potential lifesaver costs DKMS £40, so every donation will give more blood cancer patients a second chance at life.
