MindOut is a Social and Emotional Wellbeing Programme for Senior Cycle Students, which aims to enable students to achieve positive outcomes in school, work and in life more generally. The programme was revised in 2017 using up to date evidence and research, along with feedback from teachers and students. MindOut is suitable for Transition Year or 5th Year students and is designed to be implemented within a single 35-40 minute class period over 12 weeks, using interactive learning methods.
This 2 hour online training will support teachers to deliver MindOut in their school.

This training takes place outside of school hours, and so substitution cover is not provided.
All particpants will recieve a Mindout Teacher Manual.
This 2 hour online training is suitable for teachers who are experienced in teaching SPHE.
Please consider attending our 1 day in person training if you are new to teaching SPHE.
