From early childhood to puberty, migraine has an even ratio of boys to girls, but after puberty girls have a much higher frequency of increase in migraine and living with migraine. However many boys do go on to develop it too and suffer throughout their adult lives. Here to speak to us about how men can help themselves to live with Migraine, is chronic Migraineur, Denis Ryan. 

Denis is a a Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapist. Living with migraine since his late teens, he has a special interest in long-term health conditions and relating to pain. He has designed courses for both the Migraine Association of Ireland and Arthritis Ireland and has been delivering these courses nationwide and online for the past 3 years.
