Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy that uses the power of suggestion to make subconscious changes to feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
During this mesmerising talk, Dr. Niamh Flynn will guide us through the basics of what hypnotherapy is, how it might work to help with migraine and how to go about having hypnotherapy. Talk will include;

Dr. Niamh Flynn, CPsychol, is a sports psychologist based in The Galway Clinic. She has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist specialising in hypnotherapy. Her aim is to help each client to achieve their goals in the most efficient and fastest way possible.
Niamh has worked with intercounty teams, CEOs, COOs and athletes from a variety of sports to assist them to achieve their full potential. In addition to one on one consultations she has delivered talks nationally and internationally for major corporations and organisations including Dublin Airport Authority, Chronic Pain Ireland, Connacht Rugby, Athlone Institute of Technology and many more.
