"I took part into the 2022 Migraine Ireland 100KM Cycle from the Avon in Wicklow.  From the start they're was a great atmosphere with a chat from the great Sean Kelly and a detailed safety briefing.  Off we went on a lovely day where every cyclist was ushered towards the great Sean to have a few words. Naturally, I was dumb struck! For anyone wanting help, the marshals invited cyclists to the front to help break the wind for everyone. Another bonus was meeting Pascal Derrien and getting an understanding of migraine and neurological issues as I was promoting my own awareness campaign for Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. I'm looking forward to the 2023 event!" - Malcom Mc Grath, in aid of IMND
