1. By submitting an entry, each entrant confirms they are age 18 or over and a mainland United Kingdom resident.
2. The price per raffle ticket is £10. All proceeds from the Mersey Cares charity raffle will go towards Mersey Cares, The Mersey Care NHS Charity to support our specialist mental health and community services accross Cheshire and Merseyside. 
3. The raffle will close at 12pm Thursday 7th August 2025.
4. The raffle draw will take place on Thursday 7th August 2025. The draw will be conducted in the presence of a witness. Winners will be notified by email or telephone no later than Friday 8th August 2025.
5. We will make all reasonable efforts to award prizes to the holders of winning tickets.
