Mental Elf is a 5km Festive Fun Run on Sunday 29 November in Canterbury, Kent.

The event's route runs along the riverside walk next to the River Stour and takes in Toddler's Cove and the riverside area of Hambrook Marshes.

It is a peaceful and attractive area and wonderfully flat with seating dotted along its route - this makes it perfect for less experienced runners. All profits from ticket sales will go directly to East Kent Mind and Revival, enabling us to support more local people with their mental health and wellbeing.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Registration, running number, medal for all finishers and an Elf hat. In addition we will have a team of photographers and a videographer on site to create media you can post on your social media pages to celebrate your being a part of the day.
