Mental Elf is a 5km Festive Fun Run on Sunday 6 December at Danson Park, Bexleyheath. 

The event's route runs around the beautiful lake of the park.

It is a peaceful and attractive area and wonderfully flat with seating dotted along its route - this makes it perfect for less experienced runners. All profits from ticket sales will go directly to Mind in Bexley, enabling us to support more local people with their mental health and wellbeing.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Registration, running number, medal for all finishers and an Elf hat. In addition we will have a team of photographers and a videographer on site to create media you can post on your social media pages to celebrate your being a part of the day.

  • Fun run starts at 10am.
  • Dogs are welcome but must be on leads and kept under control to reduce any trip hazards.
