This summer we are inviting you to remember someone special by taking part in St David's Hospice Memories Meadow taking place on Sunday 4th August at Llandudno's Happy Valley. 

This new appeal, launching in our 25th year, gives our supporters and members  of our community the opportunity to purchase a metal flower that will be displayed at the event.

By purchasing a sunflower, it will not only act as an opportunity to recognise a life lived, a life shared and a life that has touched others, but also help to raise funds for St David's Hospice to ensure we are able to provide palliative care for future generations over the next 25 years and beyond.

Anyone is welcome to purchase a tribute sunflower remembering someone special in our Memories Meadow, whether they already have a relationship with us or not.

The celebration event will be truly special and will be a place where we can love, celebrate and remember those who mean so much to us, while supporting the vital hospice care needed in your community.

We hope you will decide to be a part of it.

We ask for a minimum donation of £25 in return for a metal sunflower. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your donation. You will be able to collect your sunflower after the event on August 4th or we can arrange postage for you if you unable to attend.
