This March, run, walk, hop or skip 100 miles to help people whose lives have been put on hold because of debilitating migraine.

March for Migraine is our annual fundraiser that helps us to spend more time outside and to move our bodies more, all whilst raising awareness of the impact migraine has on those that live with it.

Pledge to raise £100 and walk 100 miles in March. Every step you take brings us one step closer to achieving our goal of a world where migraine doesn’t stop anyone from living the life they want.

It’s a fun challenge that you can take at your own pace100 miles is a huge challenge but if you break it down, it'll look like around 6,000 steps a day. Over the month, you'll cover over 190,000 steps, which is how many migraine attacks happen each day in the UK.

Last year, we raised nearly £10,000 to help people living with migraine. This year, we hope to raise even more money to ensure more people have access to the support and information that they need to manage this debilitating condition.

The Migraine Trust is dedicated to helping people affected by migraine. We are the only UK migraine charity providing information and support, campaigning for awareness and change, and funding and promoting research.

One in seven people in the UK live with migraine, and this complex and debilitating neurological disorder significantly affects their lives. We have been leading and bringing the migraine community together to change this since 1965.

Every year over two million people visit our website and thousands contact our helplines for information and support on all aspects of migraine and for help in managing it at work, in education, and in accessing healthcare.

We campaign for increased awareness and understanding of migraine, and national policy change to improve the lives of people who get it.
