Take on an unforgettable challenge and be part of something truly special by joining Team Blesma at the 47th London Marathon, taking place on Sunday 25 April 2027. Renowned for its electric atmosphere and incredible crowd support, the London Marathon is one of the biggest and most exciting marathons in the world.
The world‑famous route has remained largely unchanged since the very first race in 1981 and takes runners past many of London’s most iconic landmarks — offering an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.
Charity Places with Team Blesma
We have a limited number of charity places available and would love you to apply to run as part of Team Blesma. By taking part, you won’t just be ticking off a bucket‑list event — you’ll be helping to transform the lives of limbless and injured veterans, enabling Blesma to provide lifelong support, rehabilitation, welfare assistance and opportunities for independence.
Every pound you raise will make a real and lasting difference.
How to Apply
Due to the popularity of this event, all charity places are allocated through an application process. Simply click the “Register” button to complete our online application form.
When applying, please tell us about your fundraising ideas and how you plan to reach your target. Applications with well‑thought‑out fundraising plans are more likely to be successful, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
If You’re Successful
Successful applicants will be asked to:
- Pay a £100 registration fee
- Commit to raising a minimum of £2,500 in sponsorship
In return, you’ll receive dedicated support from the Blesma fundraising team, fundraising resources, and the pride of representing a charity that makes a life‑changing difference every day.
