I understand and agree that Muslim Charity/TeamMC its staff, officials, representatives, affiliates, sponsors and volunteers will not be held responsible for any and all liability, claims, demands, negligence, actions, and causes of actions.

I understand that Muslim Charity and its partners will not be held responsible for any injury or loss during participation in this event. Participants are expected and strongly advised to take out their travel and health insurance.

I can confirm that I am medically fit and will take all health and safety precautions whilst participating in this event.

I agree to be filmed and photographed during this tour to help raise more awareness, funds, and encourage others to join on future trips.

I understand that Muslim Charity will not be held responsible or be able to provide a refund should I not be able to get visa or entry clearance for Pakistan.

Volunteer Overseas Trip Agreement:

In return for being allowed to participate in Muslim Charity's volunteer activities, overseas deployments and all related activities, including any activities incidental to such participation (Volunteer Activities), the undersigned Volunteer or Parent/Legal Guardian of Volunteer if Volunteer is under age 18 (hereafter referred to using I, me, or my) releases and agrees not to hold responsible Muslim Charity or its officers, directors, employees, sub-contractors, sponsors, agents and affiliates for any property damage, personal injury, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation in the Volunteer Activities wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur. 

I agree to abide by and follow the instructions of Muslim Charity, its officers or authorised representatives in all matters relating to Volunteer Activities.

I agree to attend the orientation meetings and any briefings prior to and during the Volunteer Activities, and cooperate fully with the Muslim Charity team to ensure successful.

I agree to adhere to Muslim Charity's rules, procedures and standards, including health and safety procedures and its equal opportunities policy in relation to its staff, volunteers and representatives.

I understand that participation in Volunteer Activities involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury and property damage. I am voluntarily participating in the Volunteer Activities with knowledge of the dangers involved and I agree to accept all risks of participation. 

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to arrange travel insurance and agree that Muslim Charity will not be responsible for any costs, claims, losses and expenses arising including costs of medical care, repatriation e.g. flights and legal expenses.

I agree to respect the culture, traditions and sensitivities of the host countries and communities, for overseas deployments, especially with regards to appropriate dress and use of controlled substances such as alcohol, narcotics and cigarettes. 

I acknowledge that itineraries cannot be guaranteed and that there may be changes to the itinerary, schedule or accommodation at any time and it may not be possible for all activities to take place due to unforeseen circumstances. In such eventualities, Muslim Charity will provide as much notice and information as possible.

I acknowledge that when participating in overseas deployments, I represent Muslim Charity at all times and therefore should not behave in any way that brings the charity into disrepute, and I agree that if my behaviour is deemed by Muslim Charity staff or its representatives to be inappropriate or disruptive, I may be excluded from activities during the deployment or even asked to leave at my own expense.

I represent that, to my knowledge, I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent my participation in Volunteer Activities. 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muslim Charity for all claims arising out of my participation in the Volunteer Activities. 

I understand that this document is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by UK laws and agree that if any portion of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
