Kick start your new year by wild swimming to raise vital funds to support people with breast cancer and take part in the Little Lifts' Big Dip Challenge 2025.

At Little Lifts, we know that taking on a physical and mental challenge can really help to improve health and wellbeing. Let January be the month where you make time to challenge yourself and tend to your wellbeing, all whilst supporting people with breast cancer. You can choose when, where and how much you dip, as long as it is in January 2025.

We know the popularity cold water dipping has gained since our first Big Dip Challenge in 2021. Whether if you're a seasoned dipper or a newbie, we all need a little motivation, so why not do it for a meaningful cause?
