Your kindness means that we can be there for over 200 local children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their families, who rely on our vital services. Thank you.

Terms and Conditions

Attendee Cancellation 

Should you wish to cancel your attendance at our Late Summer Lunch please provide Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service with as much notice as possible. In order to receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received at least two weeks prior to the date of the event. Any cancellations received after this time will not be considered, unless in extenuating circumstances, due to payments already having been made to the caterers, equipment hire and other third party contracts by our children's hospice service. 

Event Cancellation

Should the event be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen care needing to take place at our children's hospice or extreme weather, all guests will receive the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund for the tickets paid.  

Photography

Photos will be taken throughout the event and your image may be used in promotion of future events. If you wish to withdraw photo consent, please email fundraising@alexanderdevine.org and make yourself known to a member of staff at the registration on the evening on the event.
