8am Thursday 25th February: Morning PT session with Charlotte @charlottesaundersx
A 45 minute fully body session, no equipment needed! You will be testing your bodyweight strength and stamina so bring your A game! Exercises will be advanced level but any level welcome as Charlotte will show regressions and adaptations to exercises if needed! Get ready to feel good, release endorphins, sweat and feel empowered.
