Academy Fitness and CrossFit Galleon are running a 'Junior Lifting Camp' during the Easter holidays. This Camp will run on Tuesday 3rd April to Thursday 5th April from 10:30am to 1pm.
The camp will take place at CrossFit Galleon - Goonhavern.

The camp will be for children aged between 8 yrs and 15 yrs and will not need to have any prior experience of lifting. The camp will cater for all abilities and has been designed to Educate each child on the benefits of weightlifting. The camp will focus on the technical aspects on lifting, types of lifts and why lifting is beneficial to there health and wellbeing.

The Camp is being Powered by Rehband.

The cost of the 3 day camp will be £50

We ask parents/guardians of those children attending to stay for the first 30 mins of the camp on day one to listen to the welcome presentation. This will allow our team of coaches to explain clearly what their child will be participating in over the 3 days.
