Usually part of a 6 week programme, this 1 hour taster session will introduce the first three phases of trauma recovery: stabilization, processing, and integration. The 6 week programme is suitable for one-on-one sessions or closed small groups.

We will focus on cultivating safety in the present moment through practices of orientation, embodiment, and inner regulation. Participants will deepen their understanding of the autonomic nervous system, identify their triggers and glimmers, and learn how to navigate them for enhanced feelings of ease, agency, and overall well-being.
