Can you complete an activity with the number 30 this month in aid of PANDAS Foundation? Complete 30 mile walk / jog / run throughout the month? 30 sit ups a day? bake 30 cupcakes?

Our support services continue to increase. Demand on the charities services have already increased by 30% since December, and continues to rise each month. This is why we need you now, more than ever. To help up keep up with this sharp increase.

You can show your support and help all those struggling with perinatal mental health, and feeling lonely in parenthood. It can be so difficult. If we all show our support, solidarity and hope, we can make such a difference to those who are struggling. And need serviecs such as our free helpline for someone to talk to for support.

The challenge is to complete anything that includes the number 30. You can be creative as you like! You will recieve a PANDAS Foundation t-shirt to wear and show off your support for this important cause, and important week for perinatal mental health.

Signing up

To sign up, just click on the 'Register' button on this page, and you'll be taken through the process to register for the event and set up your fundraising page. The target is to complete 25 or 50 miles, but you can change your target when you set your page up if you feel either of these distances is not for you.

Logging your activities

The simplest way to track your progress is to sync with your Strava account, which you'll have the option to do when you sign up. Once you've completed this step, you need to record your walks and runs that you complete throughout the month. These will then automatically be added to your fundraising page.

Alternatively, you can simply click the 'Add an activity' button below your distance target on your page, and enter the details manually.

Share your fundraising page

Once you've registered, you'll be sent an email with the link to your own personal fundraising page. You can send that link out to friends and family, and there is also a tool on your page that will let you share your page or activities directly to social media.

Want to join or create a team?

You can join up with friends or colleagues to see how much you can raise together, or compete against other teams to see who can raise the most! When you register, you'll have the option to create a team, or find one that's already up and running, and you can join it. You can also do this later if you prefer. Once you've set up a team, you'll be given the opportunity to send an invite out to invite others to join you. You will all still individually have the same target in terms of distance throughout the month, but as a team you'll be able to see how much you've raised collectively.
