Jog On January is all about doing something you enjoy, that you find positive, fun and engaging.

Look after yourself, improve your physical and mental health, and start the New Year in a great frame of mind. You could take up a new hobby, join a club or set aside some time for mindfulness. Or if you’ve indulged a bit too much over the festive season, it’s a great way to kick start your exercise regime. Choose your own challenge, set your own goal, and jog, run, walk, dance, hop, skip, cycle or swim your way past the January blues.

Once you’ve chosen your challenge, set up a Just Giving page or Facebook fundraiser page and ask family, friends and work colleagues to sponsor you.

 

So get yourself up off the couch, improve your physical and mental health, and turn your Christmas pounds into £££ for Phyllis Tuckwell!
