Registration Times
Registration for all distances opens from 10.00am.
2.5 / 5k registration closes at 11:30am. 
10k registration closes 12pm. 

Race Start Time
2.5k and 5k races start at 12pm
10k races start at 12:30pm 

Important info...

All children must be accompanied by a participating adult, plus children 5 and under go free! 

All participants are welcome to stay in the Gardens for the rest of the day after completion of the event, so you can make it a day of it! The Gardens will have different activities happening around the site on the day, so be sure to check it out.

If you'd like to bring along family and friends to watch you run, they can receive a half price voucher for access to the Gardens for the day! 

While there's no required fundraising for this event, we'd like to encourage all our participants to consider going that extra mile - no matter how much you raise, even just £20 could help to make a difference to someone living with cancer.

About the route

All routes will remain within the boundaries of the National Botanic Gardens and will see you explore some of the natural beauty of Carmarthen, through meadows, woodlands and even waterfalls! 

This is a mixed terrain route, with some inclines. Routes are on pathways, including tarmac, gravel and some dirt tracks. As this route does go though natural woodlands, there may be leaves and mud on the path - please do take care on the route.

Unfortunately, dogs are unable to join this event as the Gardens only allow dogs on specific dates. Service dogs are welcome to join however.

On the Day Sign ups

We will be taking sign ups on the day, however reccomend signing up in advance as registration fees will be increased on the day - the 2.5k route will be £6, 5k route will be £10 and 10k route will be £12. 

On the day registrations will open 10:00am - 12:00pm.

Please note - Tenovus Cancer Care and The National Botanic Gardens of Wales reserve the right to make changes to the route / or cancel the event altogether if deemed appropriate for health and safety reasons. In the event of the event being cancelled, all participants will be informed ASAP via email and telephone.
