It's a Knockout 2024 edition!

Round up your pals, colleagues, gym buddies or family members and assemble at Park Villa Community Sports Hub on Saturday 24th August for possibly the most fun you will have this year. 

Throughout the day your team will tackle a series of challenges on the It's a Knockout assualt course which is designed more for hilarity than athletic prowess!

Will your team claim the winners trophy or will you be going home with the wooden spoon?

This event really puts the FUN in fundraising, all the money you raise from your sponsorship will help make the lives of those living with Crohn's and Colitis in Scotland better.
