It's a Knockout 2022 edition!

Round up your pals, colleagues, gym buddies or family membes and assemble at GHA Rugby Club, Giffnock on Sunday 29th May for possibly the most fun you will have this year. 

Throughout the day your team will tackle a series of challenges on the It's a Knockout assualt course which is designed more for hilarity than athletic prowess!

Will your team claim the winners trophy or will you be going home with the wooden spoon?

This event really puts the FUN in fundraising, all the money you raise from your sponsorship will help make the lives of those living with Crohn's and Colitis in Scotland better.
